LPG and Cooking Charges
- ₹ 600/- per day, when all the food ingredients are supplied by the party. This facility will be withdrawn if the number of guests exceeds 50 number.
- Cooking Charges above shall not be applicable to Officers/Employees of MeECL and its Subsidiaries (viz. MePGCL, MePDCL & MePTCL).

Terms & Conditions
- Application for reservation of Guest House and allotment of rooms in MeECL Guest Houses is to be addressed to the Director Corporate Affairs, MeECL, Shillong, for obtaining approval of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, MeECL.
- Holding of political meetings in any of the MeECL’s Guest Houses is strictly prohibited.
- Electricity connection charges for lighting purposes in the Open Lawn/Space will be as per the Electricity Tariff as notified by MSERC.
- For supply of drinking water for meeting the requirement during any marriage ceremony, outsourcing of the same be arranged by the party concerned.
- The rate of Open space/Lawn is for 3 (three) days i.e. considering 1st Day for making Pandal, etc., 2nd Day for the function and 3rd day for removing/dismantling purposes. However, if the Open Space/Lawn is not cleared by the 3rd Day, a Penalty of ₹ 5000/- per day will be charged accordingly.
- Damaged if any, should be made good by the attendant(s).
- For all cash collections, proper receipt approved by the Corporation should be issued by the authorized field officers and the statement of receipts shall be sent to the Director Corporate Affairs, MeECL with a copy to the Director (Finance), MeECL at the end of each month.
